Dr. Safiya's Vitalbites is the clinical nutrition practice and botanical supplement range of Dr. Safiya Moosa (BHMS, MSc Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics) in Kondotty, Malappuram. We offer personalised diet consultations in clinic and online, plus five FSSAI-licensed botanical supplements.
How do I book a consultation with Dr. Safiya Moosa?

Why aren't prices listed on the website?
Dr. Safiya first checks whether a supplement suits you, and how much you need, during your consultation. Product prices are confirmed on WhatsApp at that point.
Are your products safe to use with medications?
Some botanicals can interact with medicines. For example, fenugreek and moringa may lower blood sugar, and pomegranate and turmeric may interact with blood thinners. Always tell us and your own doctor about every medicine you take before starting any supplement. Each product page lists who should check with a doctor first.
How long does it take to see results?
It depends on your goal, diet and health. Many clients notice changes in energy or digestion within a few weeks of following their plan consistently; weight and lab results usually take longer. Follow-up consultations track progress and adjust the plan.
Do you offer international shipping?
